The three (3) winners will be selected based on a combination of votes during the voting period, design creativity, and at random by the Bone & Grey Bridal Team!

We would strongly encourage you to create your dream wedding gown with us but if you do end up changing your mind, the prize will be passed to someone else at Bone & Grey Bridal's discretion.

Our usual timelines for production and delivery is as follows:

• Production: up to 3 months
• Delivery: up to 15 business days

For Canada and the UK:

• Free shipping
• Duties and taxes may apply.

For US and Australia:

• Free shipping.
• Duties and taxes are waived.

For Singapore: Free local delivery.

Rest of the world: flat fee rate shown at checkout.

CONTEST SUBMISSION PERIOD

The "Build Your Dream Gown Contest" is available from 10th September, 9AM GMT+8, to 30th September, 11.59PM GMT+8. This contest is hosted on Instagram and boneandgrey.com.

ELIGIBILITY

1 x entry: Valid for Instagram users who are following @boneandgrey on Instagram, have designed a gown using our Build-Your-Own-Gown (BYOG) tool and have submitted the design by fully checking out on boneandgrey.com, and have commented on our @boneandgrey Instagram post on the Contest.

1 x entry will be added to those who have shared their gown design on their Instagram stories while tagging @boneandgrey.

This contest is open worldwide. Bone and Grey is not responsible for any loss or damage in relation to this giveaway. By participating in this contest, you agree to all Terms and Conditions.

SELECTION CRITERIA

The decision made by Bone and Grey in this matter is considered final and cannot be challenged by any entrant. Bone and Grey is not required to provide any justification for their decision and will not participate in any discussions or correspondence regarding their decision. In order for an entry to be considered valid, it must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the ‘ELIGIBILITY’ section.

THE WINNERS' DUTY

The selection of winners will be entirely at the discretion of Bone and Grey. The winner will be notified via email upon winning the contest. Bone and Grey will not be held responsible if the winner fails to receive notifications due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or if the winner provides incorrect or non-functioning contact information. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days of receiving the award notification, or neglects to promptly return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited to the next eligible winner as chosen by Bone and Grey.

PRIZE

3 x winners will win ONE (1) Custom Dress each, to be made with the Bone & Grey Bridal team.

The prizes are subject to the 'SELECTION CRITERIA' mentioned above. Bone and Grey retains the right to cancel the 'Build Your Dream Gown Contest' or modify the prizes and winners without prior notice or notification, with immediate effect and without liability.

This Build Your Dream Gown Contest is subject to the laws of Singapore. By participating in this Build Your Dream Gown Contest, participants agree that any disputes and causes of action arising from or related to this Build Your Dream Gown Contest must be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court in Singapore with jurisdiction. Additionally, participants waive the right to seek punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, and also waive the right to have damages multiplied or increased.
