How does it work?

We're a small studio so our try-ons may differ from the usual. All of the gowns we have are already on our website, please browse first and see our details below before booking a try-on with us.

Our gown try-ons are a private, 1-to-1, personalized experience tailored to your measurements and style preferences.

Book a time slot

Because we may not have all sizes in stock, we will ask you for the products you're interested in ahead of time plus your size, so we can prep the items for you!

In the event we may not have a product on hand, we will let you know in advance. You may still come to get a sense of the fabric for a made-to-order piece.

Pay a no-show deposit

We have a $30 SGD no-show deposit which will be returned back to you after you attend or can go towards any purchases from the try-on.

It’s non-refundable only if you don’t show up or cancel within 24 hours, but you are free to reschedule at least 24 hours from the appointment time. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit payment is made.

Prepare for the try-on

To make the most out of the in-person try-on, we'll send you a list of preparations in advance so you know what you'll need to bring.

You may also bring 1 guest to our try-ons. Please be on time as each appointment slot is 45 mins to 1 hour.

FAQ

Is the $30 deposit refundable?

The $30 SGD no-show deposit is non-refundable only if you have confirmed your appointment and you don't show up, or you cancel within 24 hours of your try-on date and time.

It will be refunded back to you once your appointment is done or it can go towards any purchases from the try-on. Feel free to reschedule at least 24 hours before your try-on date.

How do I figure out my size?

We recommend that you get a professional seamstress to measure you or have someone measure you with a measuring tape.

Make sure to measure yourself in centimeters (cm) for more accurate measurements. The size guide is available on our product pages so please refer to the gown you're interested in.

If parts of your sizing is larger than the size guide provided, choose to size up as you can always alter down afterwards.

Can I bring a friend?

You may only bring 1 guest to the try-on, as we're working out of a small space.

Can I get the gown / accessories on the spot?

If we have your gown / accessories in stock at the time of your try-on, we can pack it up for you to take home on the spot!

If your size is not available, we can create a made-to-order piece for you. Our made-to-order items require a 50% deposit to confirm the order and may take up to 3 months to be made.

Do you do alterations in-house?

We do not offer in-house alterations for our gowns. If you purchase a standard size gown, you will be responsible for your own alterations. If you opt for a custom size gown, we can help take your measurements and create a custom made-to-order piece for you.

What if you don't have the size in stock for my try-on?

As we're a small studio, we may not have all sizes in stock. In the event that we do not have your size in stock for try-on, we will let you know in advance and offer an alternative in the same size to try on.

If you're curious about the fabric and material, you can still come down to get a feel and we can look into making a made-to-order piece in your size!

What's the process for a custom sized gown?

You may see for certain gowns, we offer the option to order in custom sizing. This means that the gown will be made-to-order custom to your body measurements.

Our process for how this works:

  1. Make an order for a custom-sized gown and pay 50% deposit upfront, you pay the rest before it's shipped to you.
  2. We'll email you to gather the necessary measurements, we'll guide you through this closely to make sure we get everything correctly!
  3. You'll get an email for when it's done and before it's shipped to you. Custom-sized gowns may take up to 3 months.
  4. After paying the remaining amount, the gown will be delivered within 1 month.

Note: Custom sizing gowns are all final sale, no returns or exchanges allowed.
