How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, Ready-to-Ship gowns will take up to 15 business days to receive your order. If you opt for express shipping, you should be able to receive your package within 5 business days.For any Made-to-Order or Bespoke gowns, it takes up to 3 months for the gowns to be made before it's shipped so please plan your timelines accordingly! We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

How can I track my order?

All of our orders are shipped via couriers that we trust for fast and stress-free shipping. When the order is shipped out, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow that along. If you have any questions about your shipment, please email us at hello@boneandgrey.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! We offer complimentary gown shipping to Australia, Canada, US, UK, and Singapore. There is a flat rate shipping fee for everywhere else and for accessories, you can check the rate at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes are excluded. What is your return policy?

We try to keep our return and exchange policy simple and fair that's why all of our dresses can be exchanged within 14 days starting from the day you receive the package! Some dresses can be returned for a full cash refund while others are exchange or refund for store credit only. Any gowns that are made custom to your measurements and all accessories are final sale, no exchange or returns allowed. Can I exchange an item?

All of our standard size wedding gowns are available to be exchanged to a different size or top up for a custom size. However, if your gown was a custom-size order or a bespoke gown, it will not be eligible for an exchange as it is a final sale. All bridal accessories are final sale, no exchange or return allowed. Are your Ready-to-Ship gowns in stock?

Yes! If the size is available on the product page, that means it's ready to be shipped out to you. Once you make an order, we'll process it within 5 days and ship it out! If we don't have your size available, that means we're either restocking it or the item need to be made upon request, this would mean we would need up to 3 months to make a new gown. Can I make customizations to Ready-to-Ship gowns?

We want you to find a gown that's unique to you so certain customizations can be done upon request! If you've got a fun idea, email us at hello@boneandgrey.com or WhatsApp us for a faster response at +65-8892-0924 and we can let you know if it's possible!The most common customization we get for our Ready-to-Ship gowns are changing the train length or adding a bustle, both of which are possible but will result in an additional fee. Email us if you'd like a quote!

Do you do alterations in-house?

For Singapore brides, you can get your alterations done through us as we have alteration partners we work with. Alternatively, you can also alter them at your own local seamstress.For overseas brides, you can purchase our gowns as-is and alter locally or you can opt for custom sizing with us for an additional small fee! We do have plans to share a list of seamstress recommendations across Canada, Australia, US, and the UK.

How long does gowns with customizations take?

If your order contains a customization or is a Made-to-Order gown, it will take up to 3 months to be made before it's shipped! Bespoke gowns also take up to 3 months to be made, sometimes longer depending on the complexity but we do our best to complete it within the allocated timeline.

What's the process for a custom-size gown?

You may see for certain gowns, we offer the option to order in custom sizing. This means that the gown will be made-to-order custom to your body measurements.Our process for how this works:Make an order for a custom-sized gown and pay 50% deposit upfront, you pay the rest before it's shipped to you.We'll email you to gather the necessary measurements, we'll guide you through this closely to make sure we get everything correctly!You'll get an email for when it's done and before it's shipped to you. Custom-sized gowns can take up to 3 months to be made before it's shipped.After paying the remaining amount, the gown will be delivered as per our usual delivery timeline.*Note: Custom sizing gowns are all final sale, no returns or exchanges allowed.

Can you make bespoke gowns from scratch or from photos?

Yes! We have been taking on many bespoke orders from our brides who tried on multiple gowns and wanted to combine all of the elements into one. If you've got an idea, let's have a Virtual Consultation!

Are your gowns available to try-on in person?

We offer complimentary delivery, exchange, and returns with a small restocking fee so you can try on gowns at home. In Singapore, we have opened bridal try-ons by appointment basis only, book a slot here. We may have plans in the future to be stocked at certain studios worldwide!

How do I care for my gown before & after the wedding?

How does your wedding dress sizes work?

Our Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order gowns are sold in standard or custom sizing. For standard sizing gowns, please check the size guide on the individual product pages. Make sure to measure yourself and check your bust, waist, hips, and height measurements in centimeters (cm) against our size guides. If you find yourself in between multiple sizes (eg. S for chest, M for waist and hips), select the bigger size so you can easily alter down later on. All of our gowns come with seam allowances for easy alteration.An alternative to this would be to get the gown made in custom size which will be specific to all of your measurements. How do I figure out my size?

We recommend that you get a professional seamstress to measure you or have someone measure you with a measuring tape. Make sure to measure yourself in centimeters (cm) for more accurate measurements. What if I can't find my size on your size guide?

Sorry you're unable to find your size on our size guide. Our Ready-to-Ship gowns are sometimes restricted to standard sizes like S,M,L,etc. but we encourage you to get a custom size gown if you're unable to find your size there.For our Made-to-Order gowns, our size range is wider and we can make US Size 0 to 28 as well as custom size.Please note that custom size orders do have a small additional fee and are final sale, no exchange or return allowed!

What if the wedding dress I bought doesn't fit?

We check in with every bride before we ship the order to ensure there's a match in your sizing. We'll ask you for your bust, waist, hips, and height measurements in centimeters (cm) to double check.In the unlikely event that your wedding dress doesn't fit, write in to us to exchange for another size, get one made in your custom size, or return the gown (only applicable to our Ready-to-Wear collection). Sample sale and custom sized wedding dresses are all final sale, no exchange or returns allowed.
