Shipping policy
We are always gathering feedback so please bear with us while we work out the kinks on our processes! We strive to be fair and reasonable in our policy to provide a smooth shopping experience for you.
SHIPPING & CARE
All orders are shipped from Singapore or Canada through from Monday to Friday, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. If you're a bride with an upcoming wedding, make sure to orderΒ at least 3 monthsΒ in advance, in case of alterations and delivery delays. Any urgent deliveries requested that may not arrive on time will not be up to our responsibility.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed. We will notify you again when your item has been shipped. If you need to change your shipping address, please let us know viaΒ email here as soon as possible.Β
Shipping Costs:

For Singapore:Β Free local deliveryΒ (5 - 10 business days), urgent delivery within 5 days is available with a small handling fee of SGD $5.
- For Australia and the USA
- All gowns: Free shipping. At checkout, you can insure your package for $10 in your local currency.

All accessories: Flat rate of $5 in your local currency. (Insurance and tracking are included)
- Shipping can take up to 10-15 business days.
- If you purchase a gown and non-gown products in a single order, shipping will be free!
- Duties and taxes are included to ease your shopping experience!
- ForΒ Canada and the UK
- All gowns: Free shipping. At checkout, you can insure your package for $10 in your local currency.
- All accessories: Flat rate of $5 in your local currency. (Insurance and tracking are included)
- Shipping can take up to 10-15 business days.
- If you purchase a gown and non-gown products in a single order, shipping will be free!
- You will be responsible for duties and customs. However for accessories, duties and customs may be waived.

We strive our best to keep yourΒ delivery costs low but as a small business, we're currently unable to cover duties and taxes for these countries but hope that our complimentary shipping can help you out! As you may face global duties and taxes, we will do our best to provide an estimate at checkout. Duties and taxes are paid to the courier at the time of receiving the package, not to us.Β
- Rest of the world shipping:
- Available for the following countries: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Vietnam
- All gowns: Flat rate of $40 in your local currency, duties and customs are not included.
- All accessories: Flat rate of $20 in your local currency, duties and customs are not included.
- Shipping can take up to 10-15 business days.
- Option to insure your package for an additional $10 will be available at checkout.
- Customer will be responsible for your exchange / return shipping costs.
Tracking:
- All of our packages are registered for tracking, duties are not included for certain countries but we will provide an estimate for you at checkout so you know what to expect. You also have the option to add-on package insurance during checkout. See below on why insurance could be useful.
- A tracking ID will be provided upon shipment of your order as confirmation but online tracking of the status may only available during shipment journey within Singapore. After the package leaves Singapore, tracking information is dependent on the courier's availability.
- Once the item is shipped, the tracking process of a package becomes the responsibility of the customer. If any issues arise, it is the customer's responsibility to email us within a reasonable amount of time to address the issue.
Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages:
- Insurance is usefulΒ should theΒ package be lost or severely damaged during transit. We would then file a claim with the courier to attain the value of the package and once we have received that amount, we would resend the package out to you. If there is urgency in receiving your package, we may ask you to pay for the replacement shipping costs upfront or waive the shipping costs depending on the situation, we will assess this on a case-by-case basis.
- In the event that the delivery is not successful and the package is returned to us, reshipment can be arranged but the customer is liable forΒ all additional shipping costs, which must be paidΒ priorΒ to the package being reshipped.
- Once the item is shipped, we are not responsible for delivery items lost or damaged in transit.
Order Processing:
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, before shipping can happen. We want to ensure the best quality products can get to our customers safe and sound, so we appreciate your patience in receiving your special product!
- If there are ever delays in order processing, we will let you know on ourΒ homepage.Β
- If you need to change your shipping address or have any other issues within the order processing period, please let us know viaΒ email hereΒ as soon as possible. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or cancelled once an order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellation:
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order from our online shop, please email us within 48 hours of making the order. There will be a $50 cancellation fee in your local currency for the processing and handling of your order if you wish to cancel within 48 hours. If your order has been shipped or if we have already started making your gown, it cannot be cancelled.Β
Made-to-Order/ Pre-OrderΒ Products:
Made-to-Order/ Pre-order items may take up to 3 months before they can be shipped, please take this into consideration.Β These products require a 50% deposit upfront which will be shown on its product page, your original payment will automatically be charged when the product is ready and beforeΒ it's shipped. We will do our best to ship out the products as soon as they're made. If you've made an order that includesΒ bothΒ made-to-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped out together once theΒ made-to-order product(s) becomes available. If you need the items to be shipped separately so that you could receive the in-stock items ahead of time, please email us and we can arrange that for you. You would just have to bear the extra shipping costs. If your order of pre-order and in-stockΒ products achieved free shipping but you want them to be shipped separately, the extra shipping cost would still apply.Β
Bespoke Orders:
Our bespoke gowns are one-of-a-kind creations made just for you. Because of this, all bespoke gowns are final sale - that means no cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds. The time involved to create your bespoke gown can be up to 3 months, depending on the requests and complexity. If you need the gown to be rushed, it can be negotiated/ arranged on a case by case basis. Additional fees may incur. We will not be responsible or liable for delays in a rushed order.Β With bespoke orders, we will be very hands-on and communicative with you every step of the way as we understand it can be daunting to order a bespoke gown completely online!
