FAQ

Are your gowns available to try-on in person?

We offer complimentary delivery, exchange, and returns with a small restocking fee so you can try on gowns at home.

In Singapore, we have opened bridal try-ons by appointment basis only, book a slot here.

We may have plans in the future to be stocked at certain studios worldwide!

Do you do alterations in-house?

We do not offer in-house alterations for our gowns. Our concept is that our off-the-rack minimal bridal gowns are reasonably priced so that you can alter them at your own local seamstress, thereby reducing the overall budget for a gown (and for your wedding)!

We do have plans to share a list of seamstress recommendations across Canada, Australia, US, and the UK.

How do I figure out my size?

We recommend that you get a professional seamstress to measure you or have someone measure you with a measuring tape.

Make sure to measure yourself in centimeters (cm) for more accurate measurements.

If parts of your sizing is larger than the size guide provided, choose to size up as you can always alter down afterwards.

To learn more on how to measure yourself, read our blog post here.

If you're unsure, feel free to WhatsApp us or Instagram DM us for our recommendation!

Do you have sizes outside of the range you currently provide?

Yes! We do have smaller and larger standard sizes outside of the existing range that are made-to-order. Just email us to let us know which gown you're interested in and what size you would like!

Standard sizes outside of the existing range that are made-to-order will not require any additional fees.

Custom size gowns are also available for certain products at an additional fee, these gowns are final sale.

What's the process for a custom sized gown?

You may see for certain gowns, we offer the option to order in custom sizing. This means that the gown will be made-to-order custom to your body measurements.

Our process for how this works:

  1. Make an order for a custom-sized gown and pay 50% deposit upfront, you pay the rest before it's shipped to you.
  2. We'll email you to gather the necessary measurements, we'll guide you through this closely to make sure we get everything correctly!
  3. You'll get an email for when it's done and before it's shipped to you. Custom-sized gowns may take up to 3 months.
  4. After paying the remaining amount, the gown will be delivered within 1 month.

Note: Custom sizing gowns are all final sale, no returns or exchanges allowed.

Do you do bespoke gown designs?

We are able to do bespoke gown creations but is currently not publicly promoting this service. If you would like a bespoke gown made, please email us or WhatsApp us to get started!
