*Your virtual consultation fee can go towards your bespoke creation order. -
2. Receive Your Quote & Confirm Your Booking
We’ll provide an estimated quote based on the design discussed. A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract with all of the details are required to confirm your bespoke booking.

Our Bespoke Creations start from $1,500. -

Measurements can be taken in person at our Singapore studio, or shared with us digitally using the detailed measurement guide we’ll send to you via email.
-

Once your measurements and design details are confirmed, your gown will move into production.
All bespoke creations are hand-made and take approximately 3 months to complete. Rush orders may be available on a case-by-case basis and will incur an additional fee. -
5. Review Your Creation
As we approach the end of the production period, we’ll send through photos of your gown for you to review and share any comments. Small refinements can be made at this stage, but major structural or design changes will no longer be possible.
-
6. Final Adjustments & Shipping
Once your feedback has been incorporated and everything is approved, we’ll complete the final finishing touches and prepare your gown for delivery.
Shipping is complimentary to Canada, US, Australia, the UK, and Singapore. It can take up to 15 business days, depending on your location.

Bespoke Creations FAQ
How far in advance should I start my bespoke gown?
We recommend beginning your bespoke gown at least 6 months before your wedding date. This allows enough time for design discussions, sourcing, production, shipping and any final alterations you may need before the wedding.
Can I book a virtual consultation before deciding?
Yes, and we highly recommend it. A virtual consultation gives us the chance to understand your ideas, answer any questions and talk through what may work best for your vision before you commit.
You can book a call here: https://boneandgrey.com/products/virtual-wedding-dress-consultation-up-to-45-mins and the amount you pay for the consultation can be used towards your purchase within 30 days.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before enquiring?
Not at all. You can come to us with a fully formed idea, a few inspiration images or even just a general direction. We’ll help you brainstorm, refine your ideas and create a design that feels right for you.
Can I combine elements from different gowns or inspiration images?
Of course. We actually encourage this, as it gives us a clearer understanding of what you love. We specialise in combining different elements from gowns and references our brides are drawn to, and bringing them together into one cohesive design.
How much does a bespoke gown cost and can bespoke gowns be returned, exchanged or cancelled?
Our bespoke creations start from $1,500. The final price will depend on the design, fabrics, construction, embroidery, embellishments and any additional elements you choose.
As each bespoke creation is made specifically for you, all bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Is the deposit refundable and can the price change after I’ve paid my deposit?
Our 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your bespoke booking. This secures our production time and allows us to begin purchasing and sourcing the fabrics and materials for your gown.
Although your final price will usually remain close to your original quote, sometimes the price can change after deposit is paid. Additional costs may apply if you decide to add new elements after confirming the design, such as a bustle, additional embellishments, specialty fabrics or other add-ons.
Can I choose my own fabric, lace, embroidery or embellishments and can you source a specific fabric or lace for me?
Yes. We’ll work with you to select the fabrics, lace, embroidery and embellishments that best suit your design, and we can also provide recommendations and examples of what we think will work well.
Yes. If there is a particular fabric, lace or embroidery you love, simply send us a photo or reference and we can explore suitable sourcing options for you.
Will I have fittings during the bespoke process and will I see my gown before it is completed?
There are no fittings during the main production process. Instead, we’ll keep you updated with photos and videos as your gown progresses.
For Singapore-based brides, a fitting can be arranged once the gown is completed.
There may be certain stages where we need your confirmation on specific details, in which case we’ll send photos or videos for you to review. This also gives you an opportunity to request small adjustments before the gown is completed. Major structural changes will not be possible once production is well underway.
Will I still need alterations after receiving my gown?
Yes, minor alterations may still be required to achieve your preferred final fit. This is completely normal, particularly as measurements and body proportions can change between the time your gown is made and your wedding date.
Do you offer rush bespoke orders?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. We require a minimum of approximately 2 months for rush bespoke orders, and an additional rush fee will apply depending on the design and timeline.
Can I customise one of your existing Bone & Grey designs instead of creating something completely from scratch?
Yes. We can customise many of our existing designs, whether you’d like to change the neckline, sleeves, train, fabric or other details. Simply email or WhatsApp us your ideas and we can provide a quote from there.
Do you create bespoke veils, capes, sleeves or other bridal separates as well?
Yes. We love creating versatile bridal pieces, including veils, capes, detachable sleeves, overskirts and other separates. We especially enjoy designing convertible elements that allow you to create multiple looks throughout your wedding day.
