Care Instructions

For Hats & Drapes:

Spot clean with damp towel
Use dry tissue to remove dust and other dry blemishes
Gentle steam on low heat for those small wrinkles

For Bra Accessories:

Hand wash only, do not machine wash or put in the dryer.
Gently use the pad of your fingertips to wash the adhesive while avoiding contact with your fingernails to prevent damaging the adhesive.
Rinse the inserts with warm water to remove any residue.
Allow the inserts to air dry in an area free of dust particles.
When the inserts are completely dry, reapply the protective films to prevent dust and lint from adhering to the inserts.

How to store it:

Fold it neatly before packing away
Store away wrapped in acid-free tissue paper in our veil pouch or any of your own box or boxes provided.

For Singapore: Free local delivery (5 - 10 business days), urgent delivery within 5 days is available with a small handling fee of SGD $5.

For Australia, Canada, UK, and US: For all accessories, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5 in your local currency. If you purchase gowns and accessories in a single order, the flat rate shipping fee is waived. Delivery within 10 business days.

Global duties and customs may incur for Canada and the UK.

For all other locations: there is a flat rate of $20 in your local currency, duties and customs are not included. If you purchase with a gown, the flat fee is waived.
