All of our gowns accommodate a total height of 175cm (5'8), including heels: If you're taller, please make an order for custom sizing.

What if my size is not in the charts above or it's in between sizes? We recommend making the gown in custom sizing (if available) to fit seamlessly to your body. Read details on custom sizing gowns below.

This gown is available for creation in a longer length or custom to your sizing. Take a look at your options:

1. Longer-Length Gowns (for those taller than 175cm/ 5'8):

Most of our gowns are made to accommodate a total height of up to 175cm (5'8). This is the total height including shoes/ heels. If you're taller than 175cm (5'8), please order a custom size gown.

2. Custom Sizing Gowns:

We're sorry if you're unable to find your size in our standard size chart, we would recommend making the gown in custom sizing to fit you seamlessly. Please note that custom gowns are final sale.

The process:

1. Place order by selecting Made-to-Order -> Custom Sizing
2. We'll email you to gather the necessary measurements, we'll guide you through this closely to make sure we get everything correctly!
3. You'll get an email once the gown is made and before it's shipped to you. Custom-sized gowns may take up to 2-3 months.
4. Delivery of the gown can take up to 1 month after production is done.

*Note: Custom sizing gowns are all final sale, no returns or exchanges allowed.

For Canada and the UK:

• Free shipping for all gowns.
• Duties and taxes may apply.
• If you purchase gowns and accessories in a single order, the flat rate shipping fee for accessories is waived.

For US and Australia:

• Free shipping for all gowns.
• Duties and taxes are waived.
• If you purchase gowns and accessories in a single order, the flat rate shipping fee for accessories is waived.

For Singapore: Free local delivery.

Rest of the world: flat fee rate shown at checkout.

Standard size dresses (eg. S/ M/ L, etc.) can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days starting from the day you receive the package. Custom size gowns are final sale.

Exchange and return shipping costs excluding duties and taxes are covered by us.

Please ensure the original tags are still on as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition, and please return in the same packaging you received it in.

If you have used a promo code on your order, you will only receive the refund of the actual amount paid on the returned item. Duties, taxes, and shipping insurance fees are not refunded.

How to clean:

• Dry clean professionally
• Do not bleach

How to make it pretty:

• Steam/ iron on low heat for those small wrinkles
• Professional press before your big day (optional)

How to store it:

• Use a padded hanger and hang in the garment bag provided (the bag can be hand-washed!)
• Store away in acid-free tissue paper in our keepsake box
